WHERE YOU'LL BE WORKINGThis role follows a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the office and two days working from home. During your three month probation period, you'll be required to be on-site five days a week for training and onboarding purposes.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLEOur Client Service Representatives are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients by responding to enquiries and resolving issues, helping to navigate through our range of services.
Contacting existing and new clients, obtaining service requirements and directing them appropriately across out organisation. You will be responsible for managing inbound calls across a series of group lines, providing cover for colleagues when required. All of our communication and client information is captured into our CRM system, which you must manage effectively. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently and professionally.
Our aim is to maximise the potential of every lead through across our range of services and ensure a positive customer experience for all.
ABOUT THE TEAMThe client services team is responsible for managing multiple projects through inbound/outbound calls, and email communications. Together, we ensure that all clients receive the best possible service from Christie & Co. We provide support when required by our sectors, speaking with buyers, sellers and existing clients.
We work to build strong relationships with our colleagues, being able to support when needed.
Once introduced to our range of services and qualified by Client Services, leads are passed to the relevant people across our network. The role will be an office-based position out of our Manchester and reporting into the Client services Director. Most discussions with prospective clients will be by telephone, video call and email
You'll be based in our vibrant office in the heart of Manchester, alongside our compliment of friendly and outgoing colleagues who are always on hand to support each other.
RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role you will:
- Polity and efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls, and email communications
- Ensure client records and communication are accurately maintained through our CRM
- Build and excellent knowledge of our services to successfully qualify leads for internal distribution
- Understanding the client's needs and identifying suitable services, and provide clear, accurate information in a timely manner
- Be responsible for your own lead management
- Identify recurring client issues and recommend improvements to processes or services.
- Share client feedback internally to help enhance the customer experience.
- Work closely with internal teams, to resolved issues and support business objectives
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Assist in keeping shared documents up to date through Microsoft Office
The suitable candidate for this role would bring:
- Previous experience working in the Business Transfer /property market - preferred but not essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a phone-based, customer focused or telesales environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast past environmentHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM systems and accurate data entry
