Client Services Manager

Element Recruitment are partnering with a growing professional services firm is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead and develop client-facing and operational teams, driving both people development and business growth.

In this role you'll lead administration and client relations teams, ensuring a high-quality, consistent client experience while building a positive, high-performing culture. With a strong ownership mindset, you'll also play a key role in improving processes, implementing technology, and supporting growth initiatives including acquisitions.
