Client Services Manager | Huddersfield | Hybrid Working

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Services Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-profile clients within a fast-growing organisation.

This is a client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service, driving account performance, and identifying opportunities for growth and additional revenue. You'll act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.

Working cross-functionally with marketing, technical, data, and operations teams, you'll play a key role in both client retention and business growth.

Location: Huddersfield (Hybrid, full-time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop key client relationships
• Oversee onboarding, delivery, and account performance
• Lead client meetings and present insights
• Identify growth and revenue opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client needs
• Analyse data and report on performance
• Ensure contractual obligations are met
• Support new business initiatives and attend industry events

Required Skills & Experience:
