London Hybrid Up to £95K

Own and grow enterprise customer relationships while helping build a best-in-class Customer Success function.
You'll sit at the centre of customers, product, and engineering driving adoption, value, and long-term growth.
What you'll do- Lead strategic enterprise SaaS relationships
- Drive platform adoption & value realisation
- Partner with product & engineering to shape customer outcomes
- Build and scale Customer Success frameworks
- Bring structure to a fast-moving, high-growth environment
- Enterprise Customer Success experience (SaaS, AI, or data platforms)
- Strong relationship builder with a commercial mindset
- Comfortable in ambiguity
- able to create structure where it doesn't exist
- Experience scaling Customer Success = big plus
