Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Coordinator role in a Business Consulting and Services company based in Oxford. It is a worldwide leadership consultant that aligns people, purpose, and strategy to assist multinational enterprises, international NGOs, and governments embrace change and drive socially responsible achievement.
Job Requirements- At least 3 years of work experience in a fast paced, matrixed setting where an agile attitude and concentration on priorities are essential.
- Highly organized, systematic, analytically oriented, and communicative.
- Experience with startups, client relationship management, learning & development, or project planning (service delivery) is highly desired.
- Optimistic and can do attitude.
- Organized, self sufficient, determined, works effectively in groups as well as alone.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Handling status reports, communicating with people, and analyzing data.
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to multitask and change priorities in a fast paced setting.
- Strong understanding of the HubSpot CRM system is a bonus.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities in English.
- Fluency in Chinese is advantageous.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
