Client Services Administrator (Financial Services)

12-Month Contract | Manchester | Full-Time | Onsite/Hybrid (depending on team requirements)

About the Role

You'll be joining an operations team that supports client journeys, processes financial instructions, and ensures the smooth handling of key service activities. This is an excellent step for anyone wanting to deepen their FS experience or break into the industry with the right foundation.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting customers and internal teams with queries, case handling and service-related tasks.
• Managing administrative and operational processes with high levels of accuracy.
• Handling transfer-related activity and service requests (training provided if new to this).
• Reviewing information, validating details, and ensuring service steps are followed correctly.
• Collaborating with colleagues across operations, client services, and wider business units.

We're Looking For

This role suits individuals who are naturally organised, proactive, and confident handling detailed information. Ideal backgrounds include:

Candidates with Financial Services exposure:

• Experience supporting clients face-to-face or via phone/email.
• Handling customer journeys, onboarding, transfers, service requests, or operational processes.
• Comfortable with detailed, regulated, and accuracy-critical work.

Or Recent Graduates with FS ambition:

• Degree studies in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related subjects.
• Internship/placement experience or strong interest in building a career in FS operations or client services.
• Eager to learn, comfortable with data, and motivated to grow in a structured environment.
