Titan Settlement & Custody (TS&C) is a subsidiary of Titan Wealth.Titan Settlement & Custody is an FCA regulated investment firm that provides:

Custody services to predominantly discretionary fund managers (DFMs) and independent financial advisors (IFAs)

Clearing and settlement services mainly on an agency basis for its DFMs and IFAs

Trade execution services mainly for its DFMs, IFAs and institutional clients

Utilising the same core infrastructure, Titan Settlement & Custody also serves a significant number of institutional broker-dealers and institutional investor clients.

Role

The purpose of this role is to provide professional day to day support to our Global Client base during the client lifecycle. Effectively manage all client communication, pre and post trade.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with TS&C's clients as the first point of contact, by learning to quickly understand their specific needs and seeing queries through to satisfactory resolution by working with internal and external SME's.
  • Develop a sound knowledge of TS&C's platform from both house and client-side, and eventually be comfortable enough to demonstrate certain aspects of it in front of clients.
  • Effectively manage e-mail inbox and inbound telephone calls.
  • Identification and escalation of various risk types.
  • Identification and escalation of potentially problematic or suspect transactions.
  • Managing failing transactions with clients and reporting to TS&C management.
  • Compilation and distribution of MI to help with risk management and tailored client service.
Requirements
  • A 2:1 degree minimum, ideally for a subject such as Economics, Finance or Business Management.
  • Experience in a client facing role, and demonstrable ability to deal with demanding situations calmly and effectively.
  • Comfortable working closely with senior management and stakeholders, with the ability and confidence to challenge the status quo and put forward new ideas.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effectively manage e-mail inbox and inbound telephone calls.
  • Identification and escalation of various risk types.
  • Identification and escalation of potentially problematic or suspect transactions is preferable.
  • Managing failing transactions with clients and reporting to TS&C management is preferable.
  • Compilation and distribution of MI to help with risk management and tailored client service is preferable.
  • Experience in high volume, global equity/fixed income settlements function. Ideally from a Custody/Settlements/Clearing Ops background - with some experience of CASS 6 & 7 is preferable.
