As a Specialist Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery process for our partner clients, earning the direct recognition and rewards your hard work deserves.

What You Will Have:

• 2 years of experience, ideally client facing experience (Client service associate, customer support, client relationship manager, client executive, customer service rep, customer success)
• EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa, based in Dublin or in the process of relocating (in office role Monday Friday)
• Desire to learn, ambitious, and exceptional communication skills.

Total Compensation (Base, Bonus & Commission)

Year 1: €47,000, Year 2: €75,000, Year 3: €100,000
