Responsibilities
  • You will develop a deep understanding of each client's strategy, goals and future demands, being responsible for maintaining the existing client book and ensuring that the revenues of the client portfolio grow in both volume and profitability.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision makers to maximise our existing commercial relationship across the group.
  • Build excellent long-term relationships with clients and respond to clients' needs in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to address any required significant service improvements.
  • Influence decision makers to ensure stability of existing revenue.
  • Identify and deliver product solutions opportunities.
  • Assure Apex is and remains the client's preferred partner; successfully roll out relevant campaigns to meet key group objectives.
  • Represent Apex Group to the client for all products/segments, identify client needs, and bring Apex client-ready solutions.
  • Partner with product, operations, and sales to deliver the primary point of relationship contact adding value to the client relationship.
  • Engage with senior management within Apex management to ensure account growth.
  • Act as executive for major issues that will likely impact the relationship.
  • Prepare and plan client engagement effectively, collating and providing feedback on client challenges to engage product development.
