  • Salary: £95,000 - £105,000 basic + weekly pay + sales bonus + benefits

We're hiring for an experienced Agency Partnerships & Client Partner to support a global MediaTech business. This role will take ownership of a portfolio of independent digital and full-service media agencies across the UK, driving growth, platform adoption, and strategic partnership. You'll act as the senior point of contact across 8-10 agency relationships, leading paid social performance from both a tactical and strategic level, and delivering value across all tiers of the agency org chart - from day-to-day teams to C-suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and develop agency partnerships, acting as the face of the business across your portfolio
  • Lead paid social strategy and tactical execution across independent media agencies
  • Deliver quarterly performance targets through strong relationship management and commercial focus
  • Educate agency teams on platform best practices and product innovation, driving increased adoption and spend
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to deliver client success plans and resolve inbound agency issues
  • Identify and scale new opportunities across agency networks, including channel shift and cross-border growth
  • Provide clear strategic roadmaps per agency, aligned with product priorities and business outcomes

Must-Have Experience:
  • Strong paid social background, ideally from an agency or digital media sales environment
  • Able to manage and grow senior agency relationships, including C-suite engagement
  • Strong communicator with a proactive, client-first approach
  • Commercially astute with experience working to revenue targets
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently in a fast-moving, matrixed environment

Desirable:
  • Understanding of product areas such as Stories, Reels, and broader digital media innovation
  • Experience shifting budget away from competitive platforms into owned media environments
  • Background working across UK and cross-border agency accounts
  • This is a strategic role that suits someone who can balance commercial thinking, platform expertise, and client management - while still rolling their sleeves up when needed.
