Client Onboarding Lead, IP Management Platform

Jobtailor is seeking a client onboarding specialist to guide enterprise clients through the Equinox Corporate/Law Firm IP Management System onboarding from contract to go-live. You will act as the main point of contact, coordinating discovery sessions, trainings, and configuration to meet client needs, while collaborating with Sales, Product and Support teams.

The role requires strong English communication and multilingual capability (English plus French or German; Spanish is a plus).
