Role: Client Manager - Business Development

Location: Hybrid - 2 days from our Delft Office

Your Role a Client Account Manager:


Fox IT / NCC has the ambition to become THE number 1 global Cyber Security Service company. Our Client Account Managers contributed directly towards this goal by bringing in new logo clients and nurturing existing accounts whilst identifying opportunity for growth.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Developing and securing New Business opportunities as well as nurturing and growing existing accounts
  • Establishes and manages Account plans (short-term 1year) with direct contribution towards achieving Fox-IT/NCC goals and targets.


The Ideal Client Account Manager:

  • Communication: Has the ability to inform and convince internal and external decisionmakers to accept commercial proposals and business cases for building and closing business. Is able to oversee and communicate to Management the impact of commercial proposals and decisions such as pricing strategies on the rest of the organisation
  • Knowledge & Expertise: Acts as a cyber security sales specialist, is able to understand and discuss the customers business. Acts as a trustworthy, ambitious and interested co-worker and works closely with supporting functions (like Inside Sales and Marketing) to build business, create leads and promote our brand and expert role.
  • People Management: Cooperates and partly delegates work to co-workers such as Inside Sales, Solution Consultants and Marketing within the entire sales cycle. Keeps his direct Manager and relevant co-workers aligned, discusses issues, critical matters, to ensure proper involvement, and follow DLA process.
  • Innovation & Change: Contributes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the entire sales cycle for example to Sales processes, use of systems, etc.
  • Business Impact: Has the ability to handle medium difficult problems and issues, which are typically solved through drawing from common sense, prior experience and requesting timely support from managers and colleagues
