About the Role
As a Client Engagement Manager, you'll be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with high-value clients, particularly IP law and agency firms across Europe. Acting as a strategic partner, you will drive engagement initiatives, support client satisfaction, and ensure service excellence that aligns with our clients' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with law firms and IP agencies throughout Europe.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring consistent, proactive, and high-quality communication.
- Develop tailored engagement plans to increase retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to identify growth opportunities.
- Translate client needs and feedback into actionable insights to enhance service delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting client success and engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events and in-person meetings (occasional travel across Europe, particularly Germany).
Requirements
- Being fluent in German and English (both spoken and written) is a major benefit.
- Proven experience in a client-facing B2B role, ideally within the legal or IP sector.
- Strong understanding of the European legal market and law firm structures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior legal stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
- Willingness to travel within Europe as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in or with IP law firms or agencies.
- Background in legal services, legal tech, or IP consultancy.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and client success tools.
