Client Engagement Executive

CK Group is recruiting for a Client Engagement Executive to join a Biosciences publishing company based in London on a permanent basis.

Location:

The role is based in London and offers hybrid working.

Role:

1. Act as the internal contact point for all team members to direct information and requests for a specified list of client accounts.
2. Use the project management system to efficiently manage account and webinar operations.
3. Operational management of 30+ webinars a year, including scheduling, hosting prep calls & pre-records, obtaining marketing materials, on-the-day speaker support, and post-webinar reporting.
4. Prepare all webinar reports, including registration/attendance lists and statistics.
5. Manage all aspects of specified client accounts, such as obtaining materials, answering queries, arranging gating forms, and reporting.
6. Prepare and distribute weekly lead reports for all clients, managing reporting schedules and processes.

Your Background:

• Ideally educated to degree level or above in Life Sciences or a related field, with experience in a B2B environment in an account executive or operations role.
• Evidence of exceptional attention to detail and customer focus.
• Experience in a busy, fast-paced, and varied role demonstrating excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to quickly learn website and webinar platforms to deliver excellent client service.
