The Opportunity:

OpenText Professional Services is an enabler to our customers seeking to realize Return on Investment (ROI) from their investment in OpenText Enterprise Information Management (EIM) products and solutions. They are responsible for the delivery of business solutions, from pre-sales to post implementation.As a Client Director within the Professional Services of the Opentext Enterprise Content Services division, you will be responsible for selling complex services offers to these customers.

These services include:

  • Implementation of Cloud or On-Prem solutions based on OT products,
  • Expertise and Advisory consulting,
  • Managed services,
  • Learning services.

The Client Director works closely with the Account team, includingSales, Technical pre-sales, Value Engineeringtodevelop and sell the digital strategy for information management for our clients.

Your impact

You will be the primary contact for the selling of services opportunities.Your role will put you at the heart of the client's needs and constraints (budgetary, legal, regulatory, etc.) and will make you one

of the client's privileged contacts at OpenText.You will actively participate in the sale of innovative business solutions to meet the increasingly high expectations of our customers and

reaching your targets.You come from a business focused technology background dealing with both users and technicians and will have commercial acumen and knowledge

of the sales environment. Services project experience is also important.

What the role offers

  • Creating and developing opportunities with customers,
  • Interacting with customers to collect, analyze, rephrase the expressed needs and requirements,
  • Imagining and creating service approaches and demonstrating their added value and adequation with customer's requirements and needs,
  • Quoting and drafting the related service proposals,
  • Participating in negotiations to finalize proposals and contractual documents,
  • Establishing and maintaining a trustful relationship with customers to guarantee their satisfaction.

What you need to succeed

  • Graduated from an engineering school in computer science (or equivalent) and strong experience selling complex IT services, projects, or consulting, offers,
  • Strong track record of selling professional services to a wide variety of clients, deals totaling at least $3 million in annual fees,
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written, both French (fluency is mandatory) and English,
  • Knowledge of IT project delivery and most common project management methodologies,
  • Negotiation, business strategy, and problem-solving skills,
  • Understanding of IT projects engagements type and underlying financial aspects (revenue, margin, billing),
  • Ability to quickly understand and challenge the business needs, find solutions and formalize them.
