Sphere Digital Recruitment is partnering with a leading global marketing technology business powering cutting edge retail media solutions for some of the biggest names in commerce. With market leading ad tech, a rapidly expanding UK presence and huge investment behind their retail media offering, this is an incredible opportunity to join a high growth team at the forefront of digital innovation.

They are now looking for a driven and ambitious Client Development Associate to support the continued growth of their longtail revenue stream -working with brands, suppliers and partners across the retail media ecosystem.

As a Client Development Associate, you'll play a key role in driving revenue across a curated book of longtail brands.

• Provide day to day support to Client Leads and Client Directors, including coordinating meetings, documenting key actions and ensuring follow ups are completed.
• Assist with the operational delivery of client campaigns, carrying out platform checks and supporting the rollout of new placements and product launches.
• Help prepare and distribute client communications relating to product enhancements, feature updates and platform developments.
• Produce and quality check regular client reporting, delivering performance analysis, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage internal support requests, escalating reporting, technical and platform issues where required and liaising with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution.

• 1-2 years' experience in a client facing, account management or customer success role within digital media, advertising or a media agency.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to create clear client facing materials using PowerPoint.
