Job Description

Role Purpose
The Client Associate Partner is a role working in the Client team - the agency's front line. They will deliver against our Full Service People promise: Product Activation, Product Effectiveness Analysis, Testing & Improvement Planning, Quality Assurance. A Client Associate Partner will be commercial, strategic, personable, and driven. They will manage the day-to-day running of accounts, from strategic project leadership to product activation.
The Client role is to be the face of the agency when interacting with clients and act on behalf of the client internally.

Associate Partner:
An Associate Partner is a specialist supporting position within a team, bridging between Client and Partner. An Associate will be a proactive, self-sufficient individual supporting the partner on strategy, responsible for product activation, effectiveness, analysis, and quality assurance. An Associate Partner will be client-facing with a focus on performance for a Client, Channel, or Function.

Role Responsibilities
Manage and oversee account performance
Support assigned Client Partner
Develop strong personal relationships with clients through regular contact, prioritising face-to-face meetings and calls over email
Earn clients' respect and become the 'go-to' contact for all commercial and strategic issues
Fully accountable for campaign performance, client satisfaction, and debtors
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clients' business/sector and industry developments
Keep the agency informed of all client developments
Manage all campaign work, including media team coordination
Critically evaluate media performance and suggest tests and initiatives
Act as the 'client in the agency' to ensure products and services meet client needs
Produce annual forecasts and quarterly reforecasts to support budgeting and growth
Identify new client opportunities and make pitches to potential clients

Skills & Experience Required
To succeed, you should have:
2-5+ years of experience in client relationship and project management
A positive, flexible, can-do attitude
Ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks
Self-motivated and proactive
Confident, approachable, with strong relationship-building skills
Excellent content writing and editing, storytelling ability
Travel industry experience is desirable
A curious, entrepreneurial spirit committed to continuous improvement
