- Build and nurture relationships with advertising partners; proactively share performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities.
- Ensure partners' objectives and requirements are met by collaborating with internal teams (Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, etc.).
- Gain a deep understanding of partners' business goals and translate data into compelling stories and actionable insights.
- Own the "how" conversation with advertisers to advise on media strategies across targeting, bidding models, creative, measurement, and other tactics.
- Become an expert on Pinterest campaign best practices, acting as a resource for performance related opportunities.
- Ensure campaign setup is optimal and interpret and communicate campaign results to demonstrate impact.
- Evaluate campaign success, troubleshoot issues, and drive results by optimizing campaigns and delivering performance updates to partners.
- Monitor performance metrics to confirm agreement fulfillment and take corrective action when needed.
- Leverage AI driven tools and workflows to streamline campaign management, identify emerging trends, and recommend optimizations at scale.
- Analyze campaign data using AI powered insights platforms, translating findings into actionable strategies for client success.
- Actively engage in client meetings to understand objectives and challenges.
- Present and explain complex solutions clearly and concisely to help partners achieve objectives.
- Handle resistance, complaints, or objections from partners professionally and patiently.
- Cross sell and upsell opportunities to exceed revenue targets.
- Translate complex processes and products into digestible explanations for partners.
- Provide guidance and expertise on product, service best practices and features.
- Maintain knowledge of all relevant Pinterest ad product features and explain benefits to customers.
- Keep up to date on evolving product roadmap and iterations.
- Efficiently interface with cross functional teams to answer product related questions or challenges.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt AI technologies to enhance account management capabilities and client service.
- Digital advertising sales experience managing high value relationships and driving strategic learning agendas.
- Strong performance marketing background and comfort with complex client relationships.
- Ability to manage large workloads while remaining proactive and solutions oriented.
- Hands on experience integrating AI or automation into routine workflows, with curiosity for new AI technologies.
- Familiarity with AI powered marketing, analytics, and reporting tools for scalable account management.
- Track record of compelling data backed storytelling and recommendations.
- Expertise in managing forecasts and achieving goals.
- Strong communication skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Team player capable of working in a fast paced environment with technical and non technical teams at scale.
- Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and product/platform knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, or equivalent experience.

In Office Requirement StatementWe let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. This role will need to be in the office for in person collaboration 1 2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices: Dublin.
SalaryLocation based applicants: €58,931-€103,130 EURO. The position is also eligible for equity and incentive compensation. Final salary is based on location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
