Job Description
TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client to recruit a Grade III Clerical Officer in Letterkenny available for immediate start.
Location: Letterkenny
Hours: 35 hour working week
Contract: 2 month Contract (Cover)
Pay-rate: 17.49-27.06 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience
Job PurposeThe successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the efficient coordination of appointments, diary management, and day-to-day office operations. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a busy administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and coordinate appointments and maintain accurate diary management systems.
- Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team and assist with general office duties.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Prepare routine documentation, reports, and correspondence as required.
- Update and maintain electronic databases and administrative systems.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the office and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times and that records are managed in line with relevant policies and procedures.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy office environment.
