Grade: 3 - £25,583 FTE

Hours: 17 Hours - Tuesday and Thursday 8.30am - 4.00pm with a half hour lunch break and 3 hours on Monday or Friday to suit successful candidate

Horton St Michael's CE First School is looking to appoint a highly organised and effective part-time Clerical Assistant who is committed to ensuring excellence within our local community. The successful candidate will work with the Executive Headteacher, Deputy Executive Headteacher, our Finance & Support Officer, Office Services Manager, the MAT business team and the wider school community to create efficient processes and high quality practices to ensure the smooth operation of services.

We are searching for someone with a proven track record of excellence in a professional office environment; the skills and expertise of a highly effective administrator, combined with a flexible approach. The successful candidate will also have knowledge of MIS systems, GDPR, confidentiality and safeguarding.
