Clerical Admin Job Responsibilities
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and files related to housing services
  • Handling correspondence and incoming inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assisting with data entry and report generation to support operational activities
  • Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflows
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and housing regulations
  • Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments efficiently
  • Contributing to the overall organization and efficiency of the department
Candidate Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent administrative support tailored to the housing department
  • Keep records organized and up-to-date for audit and compliance purposes
  • Respond promptly to internal and external communications
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations
  • Support compliance checks and documentation processes
  • Work collaboratively within the team to meet deadlines and priorities
Required Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in housing or related administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
