Clerical Admin Job Opportunity - Manchester (Contract)
Clerical Admin Job Responsibilities- Managing and maintaining accurate records and files related to housing services
- Handling correspondence and incoming inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assisting with data entry and report generation to support operational activities
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflows
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and housing regulations
- Coordinating meetings and scheduling appointments efficiently
- Contributing to the overall organization and efficiency of the department
- Deliver excellent administrative support tailored to the housing department
- Keep records organized and up-to-date for audit and compliance purposes
- Respond promptly to internal and external communications
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Support compliance checks and documentation processes
- Work collaboratively within the team to meet deadlines and priorities
- Previous experience in housing or related administrative roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- £16.76 per hour LTD company rate
- £14.29 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday entitlement
