Cleaning Team Leader - 30h/wk, Schools & Growth

Amey seeks a Permanent Cleaning Working Team Leader to manage a cleaning team on the Clackmannanshire schools contract at Alva Academy. This role is 30 hours per week, with shifts 6am-9am and 2:30pm-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and built-in flexibility for school needs.

You will lead, audit, and ensure safe, compliant cleaning operations across the site. We value strong people skills, organisation, and a proactive approach to improving quality and service delivery.
