Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: 20 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (weekdays 3:00 pm-7:00 pm)

Location: Crossford Primary School, Crossford, Fife, KY12 8PE, GB

This role is to supervise the school cleaning team, ensuring a clean and safe environment for pupils and staff each school day.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning staff throughout the school day.
• Ensure cleaning standards meet health and safety requirements.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and report any maintenance needs.
• Attend induction training and support staff development as required.

Qualifications

• Holder of a Cleaning Operatives Efficiency Certificate (or equivalent).
• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or janitorial setting.
• Valid Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) clearance through Disclosure Scotland.

• Salary range: £25,604.23 - £26,786.83 pro rata.
