The Role

As a Cleaning Operative, you will play an essential role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of your work site/location in accordance with Sasse standards and client requirements.
• Removal of waste, litter, and general/specific cleaning tasks to meet standards per job cards (if applicable) and supervisor's instructions.
• Operate under Health and Safety guidelines at all times.
• Deliver timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
• Follow direct instructions from supervisors and complete tasks as outlined in job cards.

Qualifications and Support

• Full training and support provided; no formal qualifications required.
• Positive, can do attitude and ambition to grow within the organization.
