Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which brings a wide variety of shift patterns. Flexible working to fit your lifestyle can be discussed, but late and weekend work is a requirement of the role and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and working with the store team to maintain the highest standards for our customers.
Responsibilities- Complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain store cleanliness inside and outside.
- Work collaboratively with the entire store team to uphold high standards for customers.
- Operate cleaning machinery after full training; follow all safety and operational guidelines.
- Respond promptly to unexpected requests and handle customer queries as needed.
- Naturally friendly with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills across different departments.
- Willing to undertake full training, including how to operate cleaning machinery.
- Commitment to delivering a great shopping experience through high cleaning standards.
- Strong communication skills to respond to requests and assist customers.
