Overview

VIVO provides facilities management and accommodation maintenance for the UK military and its partners. VIVO embodies both experience and innovation. VIVO is recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join its growing team delivering essential services across Military Family Housing (MFH). This mobile cleaning role covers multiple domestic properties and related accommodation areas across site, working as part of a small team that is still being established.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic and housing cleaning duties to a high standard, including deep cleaning of ovens.
• Deliver multiple house cleans within scheduled workloads, working independently depending on location and task allocation.
• Plan, schedule and manage time effectively to meet operational requirements.
• Provide a work van and fuel card for travel between properties and work areas across the sites.
• Help shape standards and ways of working as the role is built from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Full training will be provided; previous cleaning experience required.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime or out-of-hours as needed.
• Hold BPSS clearance (or be willing to undergo clearance) and a full driving licence.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and to a high standard within a structured but evolving environment.

Benefits

• Permanent, full time contract.
• Location: RAF Alconbury & Molesworth.
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM).
• Salary: £28,000-£29,000.
• Supporting travel with a work van and fuel card.
