Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Understand Health and Safety processes at a residential development.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness with regular inspections, reporting defects and safety concerns.
• Support your team, work collaboratively, and build strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
• Care passionately about creating a positive, clean, and safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
• Provide excellent customer service, engaging, communicating, and inspiring others.
