- Dedicate your time on site to going the extra mile and meeting the needs of Atlas's clients.
- Be inducted at the start of your contract and receive training within your first week of work on cleaning specification and equipment use.
- Provide a high standard of customer care across different shift hours.
- Handle site-based equipment and cleaning materials (you will receive full training).
- Replenish consumables such as paper towels, soap, toilet paper and bin liners.
- Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
- Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
- Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

- Positive and friendly attitude.
- Local to the area.
- Attitude to thrive, and cleaning experience (though we can train you from scratch if you match our positive approach).
- Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
- Basic level of spoken English to communicate about safety and with members of the public and management.
- Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
- Right to work in the UK (please bring evidence to the interview).
