Job Description
About The Role

Zero hour contract for a Cleaning position. The successful candidate will need to be flexible and will be expected to cover shifts as and when required.

Working within a busy shopping centre and surrounding facilities in Andover.

Schedule: 7 days a week, 05:30 am - 21:00 pm.

  • 07:00 - 10:00 am
  • 16:00 - 19:00 pm
  • 16:00 - 19:00 pm
  • 17:00 - 20:00 pm
  • 18:00 - 21:00 pm

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Location: Andover, SP10 1RL

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver cleaning services to meet Atlas' client specification.
  • Inducted and trained within the first week of contract, including use of equipment and cleaning specification.
  • Provide a high standard of customer care across various shift hours.
  • Handle site based equipment and cleaning materials; full training provided.
  • Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
  • Empty all litter bins into appropriate waste & recycling containers.
  • Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with team to achieve exceptional results.
About You

All you need is:

  • Positive, friendly attitude and enthusiasm for making a difference.
  • Local to the area.
  • Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
  • Basic level of spoken English for safety and communication.
  • Good social skills to deliver service with a smile.
  • Right to work in the UK (evidence required).
  • DBS check - required due to nature of work.
  • Positive and thoughtful approach; cleaning experience welcomed but full training provided.
