To deliver high-quality, engaging and inclusive teaching to pupils in KS1 or KS2

Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the National Curriculum and school policies
- Provide a stimulating, supportive and safe learning environment for all pupils, including those with SEND
- Assess, record and report on pupils' progress, attainment and development
- Take on subject leadership responsibilities, as agreed with SLT
- Maintain strong behaviour management in line with the school's policies
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, families and the wider community
- Work closely with colleagues to plan and deliver an enriching curriculum
- Participate in professional development (CPD) opportunities

What You Need to Succeed Qualifications and Training- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- ECTs welcome
- Experience of teaching in a primary school setting (KS1 or KS2)
- Experience of supporting pupils with SEND
- Experience in subject leadership (desirable, or willingness to develop)
- Strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum
- Good understanding of effective teaching and learning strategies
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Knowledge of SEND and strategies to support all learners
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Effective communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to upholding the Catholic ethos of the school, being a Catholic is not required
- Team player with a collaborative approach
- High expectations for all pupils
- Reflective and committed to professional growth
- Empathy, resilience and a positive attitude
