Class 2 Waste Collection Driver

Job Description

ONGOING POSITION - IMMEDIATE INDUCTIONS. FULL TIME HOURS

This is a Monday to Friday position, working on days.

You will be a Class 2 HGV driver and be driving refuse trucks in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. You will have a team of loaders working with you.

Duration: Immediate starts available, you can expect this role to be ongoing. This could also potentially become a permanent position.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: This role is paid at £14.00 per hour for the first 8 hours and time and a half for hours after this. After your probation period has been completed your pay will rise to £14.92 per hour. You will accrue holiday up to 28 days pro rata. Please note we do not accept Visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: This role is Monday to Friday. You will start at 5:45am and finish at about 14:00.

Experience & Qualifications

Essential requirements for this role are:

• A full UK driving licence
• A HGV Class C Entitlement
• A valid CPC card
• At least 12 months commercial driving experience.
