Are you looking for steady Monday-to-Friday work, early finishes and regular Class 2 driving? We're currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join a busy refuse and recycling operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for consistent weekday work, with ongoing employment available and the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role

You'll be driving refuse collection vehicles and carrying out residential and commercial waste and recycling collections across the local area.

You'll work alongside a team of up to three loaders, helping to ensure collections are completed safely and efficiently. While driving is your main responsibility, you may also be required to assist with loading when needed, so a hands-on and flexible approach is important.

Duration: Ongoing, reliable work on a temp basis.

Requirements

To be considered, you'll need:

• Full UK Driving Licence with Category C entitlement


• Valid Digital Tachograph Card


• Valid Driver CPC Card


• Previous refuse collection or refuse driving experience is desirable


• No more than 3 penalty points on your licence


• A reliable, flexible and professional approach


• Good teamwork and communication skills
