Job Title: Class 2 Driver

Location: Bedford

Pay Rates: £17.85 to £20.00 p/h (£17.85 basic + £2.15 holiday pay = £20.00p/h)

Shifts: Monday to Friday -Day Shifts (07:00 - 17:00)

Driver Type: Class 2 - PAYE only

Experience:3 months Class 2 experience required

Contract: Temp to Perm

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in Bedford to work with our client, whoare a wholesale drink distributor.

HGV Class 2 Driver - The role & responsibilities:

• - Multi-drop deliveries to pubs, restaurants and hospitality venues
• - Working in a 2 person team
• - Manual Handling required

All applicants are expected to complete work to a high standard while following site safety procedures. You will be driving a clean, modern vehicle and our client is offering permanent placements after a 12 week qualifying period.

About you:

You must have your Class 2 driving licence.You must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card.Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
