VTA Recruitment is recruiting for a Class 2 Driver on behalf of our client to join their team in Blackpool. Pay & Working Pattern
Pay: £14.20 per hour raising to £14.60 once completed training
Overtime: £21.00 per hour
Hours: 43.5 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 07:30am -16:30pm
No weekend work!
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out multi-drop deliveries and collections within your designated route.
- Loading and unloading of vehicle, both at delivery points and on return to the depot.
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
- Handling P.O.D's, payments and delivery paperwork.
- Daily walkaround and vehicle checks.
Requirements
- A valid Category C (Class 2) driving licence
- Full CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Confidence driving manual transmission vehicles
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- No DR10 or IN10 convictions
- A professional attitude with excellent reliability and timekeeping.
