HGV Class 2 Driver

Middlewich £16 PAYE / £19 Umbrella Monday to Friday On-Going Immediate Starts

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Class 2 Driver for a well-known distribution business in Middlewich. This is a temp-to-perm role ideal for drivers who enjoy delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a supportive team.

Contract and Hours

  • Contract: On-Going, leading to Temp to Perm

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 07:00 starts

  • Minimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per day.

  • Pay: £16 per hour PAYE / £19 per hour Umbrella

Key Responsibilities

  • Completing 6- 10 deliveries and collections

  • Loading and unloading of vehicles.

  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects

  • Comply with road transport legislation and company policies.

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 2 Licence + CPC & Digi Cards.

  • Ability to carry out manual handling safely.

  • Strong customer service skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
