Class 1 Tramper Driver

Based Lichfield

Wednesday to Sunday

Start times: 15:00

PAYE Day Pay Rates

  • Weekday: £210.00 (£235.30 with holiday pay inclusive)
  • Weekend: £235.00 (£264.50 with holiday pay inclusive)
  • Night outs - £25 per hour

Driver Require are recruiting Class 1 Tramper Drivers for a manufacturing company based in Lichfield. You will be covering a contract delivering ambient goods to stores.

Main Responsibilities

Class 1 Tramper Driver

  • Delivering ambient goods to stores
  • Loading and unloading your vehicle
  • Collecting empty boxes, wrapping, food waste and pallets to take back to RDCC
  • Carrying out daily vehicle checks
  • Reporting any damage, defects, or wear-and-tear to the Transport Team
Skills and Experience Required

Class 1 Tramper Driver

  • 2 years' experience of driving Class 1 vehicles on UK roads
  • Maximum 6 points on licence with no major convictions (DD/DR/IN10's)
  • Driver CPC qualification card
