Job Description

Immediate starts available on day shift for HGV 1 Drivers, Monday - Friday work. NEW PASSES WELCOME

Working for a market leader in chilled distribution, you will be responsible for multi-drop delivery of palletised goods to RDC's and NDC's nationwide. On average, drivers will be expected to complete 10 deliveries and collections each day.

Minimal handball involved.

All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.

Duration: This is a on-going temporary role with temp to perm opportunities also available for the right candidate

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: Pay for this role is £16.00 per hour Monday to Friday with nights out paid at £40.00 per night tax free. You can also accrue up to 28 days holiday per year through PAYE. Please note we do not offer visa sponsorships

Working Hours: Start times are between each day Monday to Friday, nights out also available however not essential. Average length shift is between 13-15 hours.

Experience & Qualifications

• A HGV CE driving entitlement
• A full UK CPC
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card

Experience driving a refrigerated vehicle would be an advantage but not essential.
