Avencia Talent Solutions Limited is recruiting for a Claims Operations Lead on a 12 month fixed term contract based in the City, London. The role focuses on performance reporting, governance, and process improvements across the claims function to drive efficiency and strong controls.

You will deliver MI and insights, lead initiatives to improve systems, processes and overall claims performance, and collaborate with stakeholders across Underwriting, Finance, Risk and Legal.
