Within our personal insurance department (LAA, LAAC, accident compensation, sickness benefits), you are the first point of contact for our clients and manage health claims from start to finish. You will identify recourse against third parties and other insurers. What you have: completed commercial training, Federal diploma in social insurance, professional experience in claims management. Excellent knowledge of Swiss social security and private insurance. Reliable personality, excellent communication skills, and professionalism towards clients.
