Claims Investigator & Negotiator - Hybrid Role

National Highways in the UK is seeking a proactive Claims Handler to join the Network Claims team. The role is hybrid and based in Ipswich or Bedford, handling a portfolio of cases from logging to resolution.

You will assess evidence, defend liability where appropriate, and negotiate settlements with third parties, while collaborating with internal teams, external partners and solicitors.
