We are actively looking for one of our clients in the insurance sector, a Claims Inspector in Lausanne - 100%. As a key player in claims management, you will deal with files that have technical and financial stakes. As a true field expert, you represent the company to policyholders, partners, and other experts, ensuring a rigorous, fair, and contractual compliance management.Claims Inspector H/FMISSION DESCRIPTION- Independently manage sometimes complex properties, property damages, etc.- Conduct site visits to analyze causes, circumstances, and responsibilities.- Assess damages, estimate costs, and negotiate exchanges with policyholders, experts, firms, and intermediaries.- Provide technical support to Claims Managers.- Contribute to cost control and management.- Ensure compliance with internal procedures, timelines, and service quality.PROFILE- Professional experience of a few years as a Claims Inspector or confirmed experience as a Claims Manager with a willingness to train as an AFA is desired.- Solid technical skills in property damage.- Ease of communication and decision-making ability.- Autonomy, rigor, and analytical mindset.- Enjoyment of fieldwork and sense of responsibility.Do you want to give a new dimension to your claims expertise?
