The Role Join our dynamic Claims Team and work at the heart of the Sport, Entertainment & Media sectors. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Claims Handler to join our specialist division based in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of claims involving sporting organisations, entertainment clients, and media professionals. The role will involve travel to our London offices to build relationships with our other claims and broking teams in this division. What you'll do Managing a varied caseload claims within the Sport, Entertainment & Media sectors. Handling First Notification of Loss (FNOL) for a wide range of incidents across sport, entertainment and media clients. Gathering all relevant information from insureds and third parties in a clear and professional manner and presentencing the claim to Insurers. Supporting our clients through the claims journey, updating them on progress and assisting with any queries. Providing exceptional customer service Working collaboratively within a close-knit, supportive claims team. Who we're looking for Claims handling experience (Property. Personal Accident and Liability experience preferred). Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of individuals. The ability to make sound decisions, manage case files efficiently, and stay organised. A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn sector specific nuances.
