PURPOSE OF ROLELawes Consulting Group is currently partnering with a key client who, due to continued growth, is seeking Claims Associates to join their team in London. As a Claims Associate, you will be responsible for processing and managing claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity.
You will work closely with the claims team to ensure a timely and efficient claims process while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Process and manage claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity
- Analyse claim documents and gather necessary information to make accurate claim assessments
- Communicate with clients, third-party administrators, and legal teams to gather additional claim information
- Collaborate with the claims team to ensure timely and accurate claims processing
- Maintain claim records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing claim-related inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Reviewing and processing incoming claims related to Directors & Officers, Financial Institutions, and Professional Indemnity
- Communicating with clients, third-party administrators, and legal teams to gather necessary claim information
- Collaborating with the claims team to ensure efficient and accurate claims processing
- Maintaining claim records and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by addressing claim-related inquiries and concerns
