Claims & Customer Care Specialist

HomeServe UK is seeking motivated Claims Handlers to join our Preston-based Claims Department. You will be the first point of contact for customers making claims, taking ownership of each interaction and delivering a professional, efficient and empathetic service.

The role supports customer queries and involves coordinating engineer visits as required. Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training, with a start date of 23rd November 2026.
