Claims Administrator

Salary: £26,500

Job type: Hybrid (predominantly work from home, but 1 day a month in London required) Would be more days in the office for the first few weeks due to the training

Sanderson Recruitment have partnered exclusively with a leading family ran insurance broker! We're looking for a driven Claims Administrator to join our expanding team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity for new 'entry level' candidates, or preferably those with existing insurance/claims- based admin/processing experience - to play a key role in providing support to claims handlers, enabling the team to process high volumes of work, and developing your insurance career with full training and support.

What you'll do

  • Provide Support to Claims Handlers: enabling the team to process high volumes of work. All while maintaining high standards and adding value wherever possible for clients
  • Training: After training you will alleviate claims handlers of further admin functions.

What we're looking for

  • You should have a general working knowledge of office procedures, as well as being competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook and ideally Excel.
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other associates.
  • Have a willingness and ability to continue to develop knowledge of products and related issues through formal and informal learning, both internal and external to the company.
  • Be able to work in support of other team colleagues, including work-team objectives to achieve KPIs.
  • Be able to work independently without supervision.
