Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced Traffic Marshall for a civils project between Bognor Regis and Littlehampton. You will coordinate plant operators and site traffic, ensuring safe movement of people and equipment, while liaising with staff and the public to maintain high professional standards.

You will also assist with deliveries and general civil duties, with a strong commitment to safety and tidy site conditions. A valid CSCS card and a Traffic Marshall qualification are essential.
