Job Description

The Civil Litigation Solicitor will be:

• Managing a mixed caseload of litigated and non litigated civil matters
• Preparing court documents and correspondence
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings
• Advising clients on strategy and case progression
• Liaising with counsel, clients, and third parties
• Managing case files to ensure timely progress
• Negotiating settlements where appropriate
• Representing clients at court hearings and conferences

The Successful Applicant

The Civil Litigation Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor with 2+ PQE in civil litigation experience
• Competent in handling both litigated and non litigated work
• Strong in legal drafting skills
• Organised and able to manage a varied caseload
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working within a hybrid model
