Civil Estimator - Groundworks & Tenders Flexible Hours

Our Derby-based civil engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the pre-contract team. You will prepare and submit competitive tenders, work with internal departments, subcontractors and suppliers to gather data, assess costs, and support high-quality bids.

You will also supervise and develop junior staff in a dynamic, private-equity backed environment. The role is full-time from our Derby office with flexible working hours.
