CIL Team Leader - Hybrid, £70/hr, 2-Year Contract

Park Avenue Recruitment is assisting a Hertfordshire Local Authority in recruiting a CIL Team Leader on a contract running through the LGR period. The role leads a small team to deliver CIL administration, collection and enforcement while supporting infrastructure delivery objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Local Authority CIL experience, strong knowledge of CIL regulations and staff supervision experience, with hybrid working options available.
