Our client has complex health needs including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, hip disclocation and developmental delay.When you will be working:Term time onlyMonday-Friday, 9am-3pmIn this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance.
